Position: Junior Estate Agent
Location: Swindon
Experience: Ideally 2 years’ estate agency experience, but not essential

We’re looking for a Junior Estate Agent to join Peach! Ideally, you’ll have around 2 years’ experience in estate agency, but that isn’t a deal-breaker. If you’re confident, commercially minded, brilliant with people and have the right attitude, we’re open to considering someone with little or no estate agency experience too.

You’ll work directly alongside our Directors, learning from people who know the industry inside out and care about doing estate agency properly. From your first day, you’ll be given hands-on experience across all sides of the estate agency role… from joining Josh and Danny on valuations, completing viewings, picking up the phone to chat to our clients, helping with sales progression and everything in between.

The aim is for our Junior Estate Agent to develop into a confident and commercially-minded agent with a brilliant understanding of how a great agency operates.

What you’ll be doing

  • Supporting the Directors and wider team with day-to-day estate agency activity

  • Conducting property viewings and delivering a peachy experience for both vendors and buyers

  • Building strong relationships with everyone involved in the purchase process

  • Helping to generate new business and identify opportunities

  • Supporting valuations, market appraisals and instructions

  • Handling enquiries and matching buyers with the right properties

  • Assisting with negotiations and helping to move deals forward

  • Supporting sales progression from offer through to completion

  • Keeping clients informed and providing outstanding customer service throughout

  • Learning how to effectively market properties and present them to their best advantage

  • Developing your knowledge of the local property market

  • Taking on increasing responsibility as your knowledge and confidence grows

We’re much more interested in who you are and what you’re capable of, than ticking every box on a CV. You’ll ideally have around two years’ experience in estate agency, but we’ll also consider applicants who are new to the industry and can demonstrate the right qualities.
